How is Softwashing different from Pressure Washing?
Pressure washing relies on high pressure to blast away dirt, which can damage shingles, siding, or paint. Softwashing uses low pressure + cleaning solutions to kill organic growth at the root, keeping surfaces clean longer.

Is Softwashing safe for my home, pets, and plants?
Yes! Our solutions are biodegradable and eco-friendly. We take care to rinse plants and landscaping to keep them protected.
Will Softwashing damage my roof or siding?
No. Because we use low pressure, Softwashing is the safest way to clean delicate surfaces like shingles, stucco, and painted siding.
How long will the results last?
Softwashing kills algae, mold, and mildew at the source, so results typically last 3–5 years on roofs and 1–2 years on siding, depending on your environment.
How often should I Softwash my home?

What chemicals are used?
We use a blend of biodegradable cleaning solutions, mainly water, surfactants (soap), and a safe level of sodium hypochlorite (the same active ingredient used to disinfect swimming pools).
Do I need to be home during the service?
Nope! As long as we have access to water and the work areas, you don’t need to be home. Many customers schedule while at work.
